Hair mineral analysis is one of my favorite tests. It is incredibly accurate and informative. It provides a long-term record of mineral levels in the body, unlike blood tests that offer only a snapshot of current conditions. Since hair grows gradually, it captures patterns of mineral absorption over weeks or months, making it useful for detecting chronic imbalances, thyroid and adrenal patterns or toxic metal exposure to metals like mercury, lead and cadmium etc.

Additionally, this test is extremely cost effective, non-invasive and can reveal  deficiencies in essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc, which are crucial for energy production, immune function, and overall health. Catching imbalanced mineral patterns early is ideal! However, even if you have had patterns that have caused symptoms for a long time, following the recommended protocols often brings about remarkable results.

Once your test results return, which takes around two weeks, we will go over them together. I will then recommend a nutritional protocol using specific minerals and nutrients based on your results.
